Ms. Silveira-
Heck of a good job at the website!!!!! Looking so forward to more scintillating tales from fantasy land. I certainly can count on you for a GREAT make believe story.
Have you considered writing a book?
By the way-what's happening with that peaceful protest? Last I heard and despite your best efforts, Long Realty hasn't shuttered their doors for business. AND, Stonewater Mortgage (?) has yet to materialize...do you know something I don't? I guess it just goes to show that you can't believe what you read in the newspaper these days-can you? Hmmmm?
My thanks (it's really one of my better photos-kudos to you for posting it!)
Anna Stark :)

And sorry! I'm not your pal, Cardinal Richelieu. If I wrote it, you best believe I would sign my own name. I take credit for my work and I don't use phony or fake names to disguise my writing. I'm in the journalism business (sort of speak) and I want the by line.
I can think of about 25 or so other people in Tucson who might be your mysterious pen-pal. One just has to visit your photo gallery of friends. (?) Please ensure that you post this message to your website as well. Afer all, it's important to give credit where credit is due--don't you think? SIGNED,

“Sounds to me as if you are more than a family friend or past client. You obviously have access to Long Realty and First Magnus files.”
Joe Neal-March 5,2008, and I quote,
“If I spend anymore time on this, I’m going be out of a job and unable to make MY mortgage payments.” “I’ll only have MYSELF to blame.”
Anna Stark- March 4,2008, and I quote,
“Blaming others for his own stupidty is ridiculous and the fact that he lost his home to foreclosure indicates just how unsophisticated he and his daughter really are when it came to making a major purchase such as a home.”
Anna, does this comment apply to your good friend and colleague, and according to Joe Neal the Mortgage Advisor who also lost his home's to foreclosure, you were a past client of his as well. Is this the real reason why Joe and his family had to moved out of State? Or perhaps his work ethics were in question? Here we have a nice looking "All American Joe" posing as a Christian, who is also a Mortgage Lender, held by the utmost banking standards.See business practice below and you make a decision.
Attached Document # 1 - Joe while making loans and handling everyone’s money, had purchased a home and never bothered to disclose to anyone, that not only did he take the money, he never bothered to repay the lender for the loan. See foreclosure sale dated 11/27/07. Also note that while originating my father's loan, It appears he was already in default on his own mortgage and making money (loads of it) shafting my father, and perhaps many others? Where were his pay checks going? Certainly not to his obligations which says a lot about this persons morals and character.
I also find it very interesting that Joe Neal used Long Agent Pam Treece in an attempt to sell his house. How many other houses have Joe Neal and Pam Treece partnered up on in order for a sale, and why?NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

Stacey M. Anna,
“You obviously have access to Long Realty and First Magnus files.” “You are far to passionate to be a dis-intrested third party and someone seems to be feeding you information.”
Anna S.
Stacy-
“Suffice to say there are critical pieces of this story that you are missing.”
Stacey M.
Anna,
“Just did a little research of my own - Are you the same Anna Stark listed as an REO Specialist for First Magnus Corporation?” “The same company that did this to the Hermans?” “Not a disinterested third party are you?”
Anna S.
“I made it very clear many postings ago that Joe Neal was a family friend and I have made no attempt to hide my identity.” “A little research goes along way. (which you have found out)”
“I came to the conclusion that Mr. Herman and his daughter have conducted themselves in such a manner which has led me to believe that they are con artists who foolishly thought they could get something for nothing.”
Stacey M.
Anna,
“Are you not proud that you worked for First Magnus - or is that a conflict of interest on this issue?”
“It is very interesting how you hide behind the veil of "privacy laws" while disclosing information that you say you shouldn't have because you "weren't involved in the sale of this property".” “So was it Joe Neal or Long Realty who broke their "privacy agreement" with Ellis Herman and told you about the "facts'?”
“Obviously you have no compunction about attacking the veracity of others with your "secret" information as your shield.”
“You disclosed your "family friend" relationship with Joe Neal - but you certainly didn't disclose that you worked for First Magnus.” “Joe Neal called you a client - not a co-worker.” “Both of you were less than honest.”
Stacey M.
“You know Anna I was just sitting here thinking - to work in REO's (Bank foreclosed properties) you must need to vilify the folks whose properties you take.” “I mean it's easier to repossess the home of a conman rather than the home of an 81 year old WWII Vet isn't it?”
Anna S.
Wow, Stacey--
“...Over and out. It's been fun!”
Stacey M.
Anna,
“In post #143 you plainly state that you know things you can't talk about because of privacy laws.”
“In fact - I'm willing to bet the fact that you are now "over and out" probably indicates that I hit closer to home than you care to admit.”
“You may be able to get away with your double talk on a regular basis Anna, and if that is what First Magnus hires it lends even more credibility to the Herman family.”
“I don't think this has been fun - I think it has been enlightening and quite sad.”
Stacey M.
Anna,
“I found a quote from you in a July 26, 2006 issue of Williams and Williams- Inside Mortgage Finance's, Inside Mortgage Profitability.” "What caught our attention was that we could dispose of property in a 40-60 day period,"said the lender's REO specialist Anna Stark.” “This means First Magnus can turn REO properties so fast that its costs associated with the home become "nearly negligable."
“Maybe it meant that First Magnus was willing to make loans it shouldn't have or to push people into loans they couldn't afford because their cost in repossessing them and selling them were "negligible".
“Wouldn't that create incentive for loan officers to make a bad loan?” “Just seems that way to me.”
“Maybe you can ask your dear friend Joe Neal.” “What was First Magnus's policy on loans?” “What was your income to debt ratio?” “Why was Mr. Herman's VA loan not used?” “What was the incentive?”
“So many questions. So few answers” Anna Stark: Inside Mortgage Profitability: http://www.williamsauction.com/upload/PDF/WlliamsIMP.pdf Josh Brodesky: Facts, not pretrial bombast, will decide 1st Magnus suit By Josh Brodesky Arizona Daily Star Published: 04.12.2009 http://www.azstarnet.com/sn/fromcomments/288299.php
“When Jamie Welton sued First Magnus and its former directors and officers for a billion dollars back in February, he didn't hold back.”
“First Magnus was not the victim of the 'credit crisis' or 'collapse of the secondary market' ... it was a significant cause," says the suit, which he filed on behalf of the trustee for First Magnus creditors.”
