Megan Miller General Counsel / Long Realty Company
Megan E. Miller
This house was not listed as a fix-up. Yet Megan Miller General Counsel for Long Realty had no problem writing in her letter and I quote “which could not have been repaired by you many months ago.”

Pam Treece told my father to offer full price which was $127,500 because this house would not last much longer on the market.
The seller Tim Hagyard walked away with over $63,000.
This same house just sold in June 2008 for only $57,000.

The seller, DeConcini's son, Timothy Hagyard, made more than $63,000 on the sale after paying off a mortgage and transaction costs, according to a settlement statement.

$127,500.00
- 57,000.00

$ 70,000.00
Would you say this house was over inflated, and by WHO?

Why should an 81 year old man have to repair these pre-existing problems that were not disclosed by the seller Tim Hagyard, or his mother the Long listing agent Susie DeConcini, and the Long agent Pam Treece?

Long agent Susie DeConcini and her son Tim Hagyard have not learned anything from their past violations, have they?

As you are very aware, Tim Hagyard did extensive remodeling without PERMITS! Is this illegal act acceptable to you Ms. Miller?
