Estimated cost sheet’s prepared by Long Agent Pam Treece
One set for a VA loan
Two set’s for a Conventional loan
We were only in Pam Treece’s office one time, and that was on January 22, 2007 at 3:00 pm.
Pam Treece prepared these estimated cost sheets.
Also look at the amount for the purchase price on all these pages, the true purchase amount was for $127,500.00! VA - Purchase Price $125,000.00 ? Loan Amount $127,750.00 ? Interest rate 6.50
Conventional 1. - Purchase Price $100,000.00 ? Loan Amount $100,000.00 ? Interest rate 6.75
Conventional 2. - Purchase Price $25,000.00 ? Loan Amount $25,000.00 ? Interest rate 9.0
Notice the dates at the top of the pages, why did Pam Treece put 02/27/07? The COE was on February 5, 2007!
she even has my father’s name as the seller on the VA estimated cost sheet.
I believe that Pam Treece is incompetent, and deliberately confused my father with these estimated cost sheet’s!
The whole purchase transaction basically went the same way!
