I do not believe it’s the articles, it is the COMMENTS that appear to be incriminating that were left by many employee’s that work for these Companies, including ex-employee’s!

Jerome King the Designated Broker stated in this article, and I quote “Treece simply tried to help Herman and his family, who were living in a camper when they approached her looking for a house.”

What Jerome King failed to mention is why we were living in a camper!

Pam Treece has been spreading rumors around Tucson that we are gypsies.
Mrs. Paschal told us one day while we were peacefully protesting in Oro Valley, that she and her husband just purchased a house through Pam Treece. Mrs. Paschal was very angry with Pam, and Bob treece over their purchase transaction.
She also said that Pam Treece told them while she was showing them houses, that we were gypsies.

Long agent Vicki Entrekin posted comment # 98 in the Arizona Daily Star article: Home deal gone sour, and I quote “My personal thoughts - they are gypsies”

My father wanted to move back to Tucson because he was stationed at Davis Monthan AFB back in the1950’s and had fond memories of Tucson. My father asked my daughter and I if we would like to join him in the move to Tucson. Aubree and I wanted to make Tucson our home as well. Between all three of us we have 3 dogs and six cats, so we decided to buy a camper to make the move to Tucson, in that way we would have a place to stay while looking for a house to purchase.

I came upon Pam Treece’s website while looking for a Real Estate Company on the internet. On January 21, 2007 while driving down 22nd Street we saw a house with a for sale sign, and my father called the number on the sign, the Real Estate Agent said that some people were coming to look at the house. My father called the number that I had taken off of the internet, and asked Pam Treece about that house we were looking at. She was quick to tell him that, this particular house was under contract. Pam Treece said, however there was another house that was available, and vacant on 328 W. 38th Street, she told my father that there were not many houses for sale at the present time.

My father made his first appointment with Pam Treece the following day, which was January 22, 2007 at 3:00 pm at her Oro Valley office. We saw Pam Treece a total of 4 times during this whole transaction. The 2nd time was February 1, 2007 about 5:00 during the walk through. The 3rd time was February 5, 2007 at 3:00 pm to sign the closing documents at COE with Pam Woods. The 4th time was February 6, 2007 around 5:30 pm to give my father the keys to the house.

On February 14, 2007 when my father called Pam Treece again concerning the plumbing, and heating problems, she was extremely rude to him, and said she was to busy to deal with him. That was the last conversation he had with her to this day.

Ellis Herman and Ella Silveira
“Ella Silveira readies a hot drink on a camp stove, which the family is using because the regular stove, where Ellis Herman is standing, can't be used because of venting problems.” “The family says real estate agents rushed them into buying the house, only to leave them with plumbing and heating problems.” “Agents deny they misled the family.”

This is where we all live, including our animals. Even though our trailer is quite small, all the appliances work great. The stove and oven are vented. Our bathroom is awesome, we have a bathtub/shower and a sink that really works. Even the heater and cooler work. We are extremely grateful we have a place to live.

Here is my dad peacefully protesting Long Realty Company. We have been protesting Long Realty Company for one year as of August 16, 2008. We will continue with our peaceful protest until they right the wrong!
