The e-mail that I sent to Jerome King dated April 26, 2007, was the e-mail address that he provided to us during our 3 and ½ hour meeting. Jerome King stated in his letter that he talked to Joe Neal about my father’s loan program. I find that very interesting do to the fact that Joe
Neal no longer worked for Pinnacle Mortgage/First Magnus, and Joe Neal and his family moved out of the state of Arizona.
Jerome King also stated that and I quote “Pinnacle Mortgage is not affiliated with Long Realty Company.” First Magnus and Pinnacle Mortgage are the same company. Long Realty Company was partnering with First Magnus until September 2007. “A U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge effectively gave the go-ahead for Long Mortgage to separate from First Magnus Financial Corp.” “Judge James Marlar’s decision allows Long to break away from First Magnus, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last month after laying off 5,000 people nationwide and at least 700 in Tucson.”
My father had one appointment with Joe Neal on January 24, 2007 at10:00 am. The only person my father talked to was Joe Neal.
Jerome King writes in his letter, that my father even talked to Joe Neal’s supervisor in great detail prior to processing and after the closing, which is another outright lie!
Jerome King has problems when it comes to being an honest man.
My father spoke with Jerome King on July 23, 2007 at 4:15 pm, and asked Mr. King for an appointment to review the Original Purchase Contract with him.
Mr. King became very angry with my father’s request and hung-up the phone on my father.
What information is Jerome King preventing my father from seeing on the Original Purchase Contract, and why?
