Loan Application's - Falsified
First Magnus sold the loan to CitiMortgage. After looking at the closing documents, it was quite clear there was a big problem, there were missing pages and inaccurate information. I called CitiMortgage and they said their were two sets of loan applications with different information. CitiMortgage mailed these documents to me.
Two loan applications both with false information: DOB, Present address, Inflated income, and Inflated liquid assets, and etc.
One loan application has a forged? signature of Joe Neal the Mortgage Advisor. This loan application is the one that the Escrow Officer had my father sign at COE, both pages 4 of 5 and 5 of 5.
