Pam & Bob Treece Long Agent's: Buyer's / Seller's - Beware!This is a featured page

The Treece Difference - Beware of Long Realty/Sly as a FoxBob Treece Long Agent / Long Realty Company

On January 22, 2007 Pam Treece told my father just to get started for him to initial and sign the 9 page purchase contract and not to date the last page. Pam Treece said she would type in the information later.
Also during our appointment with Pam Treece on January 22, 2007, she had my father sign and date a loan status report before the Mortgage Advisor Joe Neal filled in the blanks, We never saw this LSR until February 12, 2007 along with all the other documents. Pam Treece told us that Bob Treece kept forgetting the binder with all the documents in his car. Including the Purchase Contract, MLS, Seller’s Property Disclosure Statement, Home Inspection, Uniform Residential Appraisal Report, and etc.

My father asked Jerome King the Designated Broker to review the Original Purchase Contract with him because the copy of the purchase contract that Bob Treece gave him, on or about January 25, 2007 did not match the purchase contract that was given to him on February 12, 2007.
Mr. King refused! WHY?

Someone added this information to page 7 of the Purchase Contract after my father signed it.
"The buyer is aware and acknowledges that the listing agent is related to the seller."

My father made two appointments with Pam Treece during the inspection period. On both appointments Bob Treece was waiting at the property. He said he “forgot the keys" and on the next appointment he said the "lockbox was gone" and there was no way for him to show the house.
