Plumbing & Heating problem's
American Home Shield / Affiliate of Long Realty Company
Contract #76956452
Pam Treece chose American Home Shield (AHS) for the Home Warranty Plan. She said this is the company that they use.
Called Pam Treece on February 8, 2007 concerning the heating and plumbing problems.
Apparently AHS didn’t get paid until February 13, 2007.
Finally on February 14, 2007 AHS sent out A & M Heating & Cooling:
The technician didn’t get the heater fixed until March 1, 2007. Soon after the heater started making noises and was not heating properly.
On February 14, 2007 AHS also sent out Service Express for the plumbing.
The only thing that works in the one bathroom house is the toilet.
Per plumbing manager Marco Salcido Dated March 2, 2007
“Ran video cable down lav vent and found foreign object, problem looks Per-Existing and not a regular stoppage.”
Per plumbing manager Marco Salcido Dated May 16, 2007
“Demo out lavatory sink in main bathroom, jack hammer concrete floor inside and possible out side the home to repair lavatory drain. If plumbing drain line continues broken after the first repair we will require a second bid to continued repair.”
