On February 22, 2007 I called Rosey Koberlein. Her voice message said to call Susan Mendenz, so I left a message with her also.
On February 26, 2007 at 4:00 pm I left another message on Rosey Koberlein’s voicemail to please call us, because we were having problems. Rosey Koberlein to this day, has never taken the time to call us.
On February 22 & 26 of 2007 I left two messages on Rosey Koberlein’s voicemail concerning the problems we were having. I also called Susan Mendenz, as of today no one has returned my calls.

October 17, 2008 a note on mortgage money “Following is an email I received from Rosey Koberlein CEO of the Long Companies addressing the critical question of the availability of mortgage money.”
"With all of the confusion that is going on in the economic world, and the way the media is spinning the story, you would think that money is not available to even buy a home!!!” “I think it is important for you to hear some truth before you do your open houses this week-end.”
“We see the press talking about a “Credit Freeze” or “Credit Crunch” this in no way means that mortgage lending has come to a halt.”
