Hagyard lied on his seller’s disclosure. He did extensive remodeling electrical etc. He never obtained one permit. He hired MoDel’s plumbing to put new gas lines due to a gas leak for $2,063.32. MoDel is not licensed and did not obtain a permit!

It appears that Susie DeConcini, and her two sons are taking part in house flipping! Check for yourself. Go down to the Pima County Assessor, and plan on spending a good part of the day!

Look up Tim Reese Hagyard, Clare Marguerite Hagyard, Stanley Benton Hagyard , and Susie DeConcini, also look for her a.k.a. there are many.
